1. Data controller
Ecazonis Financiera Colectiva S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Ecazonis"), tax ID (RUC) 1793201456001, registered at Av. República del Salvador N34-183 y Suiza, Onix Corp Building, 8th floor, Quito, Ecuador, is the controller of the personal data collected through the ecazonis.com website.
2. Data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the subscription form (name and email address) and browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited) via analytical cookies, subject to your prior consent.
3. Purposes
We use your data to send you the educational guide you requested, commercial communications about real estate crowdlending, satisfaction surveys and to measure the performance of our campaigns, in compliance with Ecuador's Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDP).
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the express consent granted when you tick the subscription form checkbox and, where applicable, on Ecazonis' legitimate interest to prevent fraud and secure the website.
5. Retention
We will keep your data for as long as your subscription remains active and up to a maximum of five years after the last interaction, unless a longer legal retention period applies.
6. Recipients
We do not transfer your data to third parties outside Ecazonis, except to technology service providers (email delivery, hosting and analytics) acting as processors and to competent authorities when required by law.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers are located outside Ecuador. In such cases we ensure that the transfer takes place under standard contractual clauses and the appropriate safeguards under LOPDP.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability and restriction of processing by writing to contacto@ecazonis.com with a copy of your ID document. You can also file a complaint with the Ecuadorian Superintendency of Personal Data Protection.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, access controls and yearly audits performed by independent providers.
